Eggless Date and Walnut Cake

Soak the deseeded dates and jaggery in warm milk for 25 to 30 minutes

Add date paste, yogurt, canola oil, and vanilla essence, to a mixing bowl. Whisk it well.

Then add in whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, roughly chopped walnuts, and milk. Combine it well

Bake the dates and walnut cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes
