Mojitos are one of my favorite drinks. Recently I tried strawberry mojito at my bar headquarter, It is located in Connaught place Delhi, and trust me it was super delicious but they didn’t added fresh strawberry. They use strawberry syrup or strawberry crush but yes! it tasted good.

How to make virgin strawberry mojito
Wash and roughly chop the strawberries.
Add the roughly chopped strawberries, fresh mint leaves, and lemon juice to each glass. Muddle chopped strawberries and mint leave with a muddler.

Once the strawberry is mashed and all the flavors are infused stop muddling.
Add a few ice cubes or crushed ice and sprite to the muddled mixture. Garnish it with strawberries, mint leaves, and lime wedges.
Top tips
- If you don’t have a muddler simply blend the strawberries into a smooth mixture and then use it for the mojito. You can also use a mortar and pestle instead of a muddler.
- If you don’t have sprite then use club soda instead of that but make sure to use sugar syrup or powdered sugar for sweetness. Mint sugar syrup is easily available in the market you can use that too.
- You can use mountain dew or sprite for this mocktail.

FAQs
Yes, you can use blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries instead of strawberries. The process will be the same and if you want to be more creative then make a mix berry mojito by using 3 to 4 varieties of berries.
I would recommend you to use fresh strawberries but in this case, you can use strawberry crush or strawberry syrup. It is very easily available in the grocery store and online as well.
