Tender Coconut Milkshake Recipe

This tender coconut milkshake recipe is very refreshing and delicious, trust me you gonna love it. This drink is perfect for summer it has the freshness of coconut with the flavor of ice cream, cardamom, and chopped dry fruits.

This coconut milkshake needs only 10 minutes not more than that.

I get tender coconut daily, delivered to my home through a local vendor. Coconut water and coconut meat and lots of health benefits, It is good for the skin, hair, immune system, etc. I would suggest you to include coconut water in your diet as well.

This coconut milkshake recipe is made using coconut milk, If you don’t have coconut milk then use regular milk or cashew milk as well. Give this recipe a try this summer and make sure to share your feedback with me, I would love to know 🙂

How to make coconut milkshake

In a blending jar add coconut malai (coconut meat), 3 soaked and peeled almonds, 6 soaked cashews, 1 cup of coconut milk, 7-8 ice cubes, 2 large scoops of vanilla ice cream, 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.

Note- I have used coconut malai/meat of 1 tender coconut.

Blend it until smooth.

Pour the chilled coconut milkshake into a glass or directly into the tender coconut. Top it with chopped dry fruits or tutti-frutti, and serve it chilled.

Top tips

  • Use fresh tender coconut for the best results.
  • You can use regular milk instead of coconut milk but the taste may differ.
  • Vanilla ice cream can be substituted with coconut ice cream.
  • Cardamom powder is optional.

  • coconut meat
