How to make roasted cumin powder
Spread cumin seeds on pan and toast it on medium flame by stirring continuously. after few minutes cumin will begin to pop.
Keep stirring and toasting for 5-6 minutes or until cumin turns dark brown, don’t cook it at high flame because we don’t need to burn it or make the cumin black.

Turn off the flame and transfer the toasted cumin to a plate then spread it and let it cool.
Now, place the toasted cumin to a blending jar then blend it at high speed until fine and smooth powder is formed. It’s ready
