Quick jump

Ingredients

Onion: Use big onion for big onion rings. you can use any variety of onion like red onion or white onion. I have used red onion for this recipe.

Spices: This recipe requires very basic spices which is salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black salt and chaat masala. If you’re using regular spicy red chilli powder then decrease the quantity as Kashmiri red chilli powder is less spicy.

Coriander/cilantro leaves: it adds freshness to the salad, you can also use mint leaves as well.

Lemon: lemon juice adds tanginess to the salad.

Oil: use smoked mustard oil so that you don’t get raw taste and smell, it can also be substituted with olive oil.
