How to boil quinoa?
Rinse the quinoa in a strainer with water before cooking.

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup boiled chickpea, 1/2 cup boiled sweet corns, 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes, 1/4 cup chopped onions and 1/2 cup cooked quinoa.
- Season it with 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix it well.
- When it is combined well, serve it.
Notes
Cooked quinoa can be stored in an airtight container in a fridge for 2-3 days. You can use it later for salad.
