How to make Indian style one pot pasta step by step recipe
- 1/2 capsicum diced
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 green chili slit
- 1 teaspoon ginger sliced
- 2 tablespoon oil for cooking
- 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 1/2 tablespoon green chili sauce
- 1/4 cup boiled corns
- 1/2 cup boiled pasta
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoon salt(or as desired)
start by boiling the pasta, meanwhile, the pasta is boiling you can saute the veggies.in a saucepan add cooking oil, capsicum, onion, and ginger and cook it on medium flame. as the onion turns golden brown and capsicum has the crunch, add tomato ketchup and green chili sauce.
after adding sauce stir continuously. then add boiled corn and mix it well so that veggies and corn are well coated with sauce. after mixing add boiled pasta, water, black pepper powder, and salt.mix it well then cover it with lid and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame and its ready to serve.serve it hot.

- ½ capsicum (diced)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 1 green chili (slit)
- 1 tsp ginger (sliced)
- 2 tbsp oil for cooking
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2½ tbsp green chili sauce
- ¼ cup boiled corns
- ½ cup boiled pasta
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ tsp black pepper powder
- 2 tsp salt(or as desired)
boil the pasta.
heat 2 tablespoon of oil in a pan on medium flame, add sliced onion, diced capsicum, sliced ginger, green chili slit.
saute the veggies, cook until the onion turn golden-brown in color.makesure you don’t burn it.
reduce the flame to simmer, add both the sauce that is tomato ketchup sauce and green chili sauce, mix it well.add boiled corns and boiled pasta and mix it well so that the sauce is coated with pasta.
add black pepper powder, salt and water.mix it well.
cover with a lid for 2 minutes and its ready to serve.serve it hot
you can add your choice of veggies in pasta like carrot, green peas, french beans or capsicum.
I have used whole wheat pasta, you can use pasta of your choice but whole wheat pasta would be a good healthier option.
