Mango milkshake without ice cream|mango shake recipe is an easy, thick, creamy, delicious and refreshing drink to try this summer. It is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.

Making this shake is very easy to make simply blend everything and your thick shake is ready, you don’t even need to use frozen mango to make it thick it is naturally thick. Isn’t incredible 😉

I don’t eat mangoes so I asked my brother(mango lover) to describe it’s taste and everything so that I can tell my readers.

Ingredients

Mangoes: Use fresh ripe and sweet mango, you can any local mango variety which is easily available in your town or city but the mango should be ripe and sweet.

Sugar: I added little sugar to enhance the taste because if the mango less sweet or sour it will coverup it. you can also add coconut sugar or palm sugar instead of it.

Milk: I have used chilled full fat buffalo milk, you also can use vegan milk or nut milk.

Other: soaked almonds, cashews, pistachios, raisins and cherry.

How to make mango shake

  • Peel and chop mangoes then add chopped mangoes and sugar in the blending jar. blend it until smooth.

  • Now, add in ice cubes and milk in it and blend it again.
  • In a serving glass add chopped cashews, raisins, chopped soaked almond and pistachios then add in mango shake over it.
  • Top it with whipped cream or ice cream with some cherries, chopped dry fruits and mangoes.

[Tip: If you don’t wish to top your mango shake with whipped cream or ice cream then top it with hung curd and sweetener. Mix hung curd with powdered sugar or honey or maple syrup then pipe it over the shake] try this healthy variation😉]

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes 
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cup chilled milk
  • Ice cubes (as required)
  • 12 raisins
  • 3 to 4 cashews
  • 3 to 4 pistachios 
  • 6 soaked almonds 

Instructions

    1. Peel and chop 2 mangoes then add chopped mangoes and sugar in the blending jar. blend it until smooth.
    2. Now, add in ice cubes and 2 cup chilled milk in it and blend it again.In a serving glass add chopped cashews, raisins, chopped soaked almond and pistachios then add in mango shake over it.
    3. Top it with whipped cream or ice cream with some cherries, chopped dry fruits and mangoes.

Notes

To make vegan mango milkshake simply use vegan milk or nut milk instead of full fat milk and if you’re using ice cream then use vegan ice cream of your choice.
