Soft, dense and rich eggless chocolate cake recipe prepared with wheat flour.
Usually, wheat flour is considered more healthy than all-purpose flour or white flour. So I tried making a chocolate cake with wheat flour and it turned out very tasty.
This recipe doesn’t require any blender or any special equipment, you just need one bowl, whisk and a oven to bake.
but you don’t need to worry if you don’t have an oven you can bake the cake in a pressure cooker or in a gas tandoor. Check out this eggless semolina cake recipe without oven.
Top tips:
- You can also use all purpose flour instead of wheat flour.
- I suggest you to use measuring cups for best results.
- Wheat flour makes the cake denser than all-purpose flour, so the cake is extra dense and rich. 😋
- If you are baking this cake in pressure cooker then bake it on low flame.

In this eggless chocolate cake recipe, can I use sweetner or stevia instead of powdered sugar? If yes, then how much amount to be added?
You can substitute it with 2/3 cup jaggery powder or 2/3 cup palm sugar and yes you can use 1 to 2 teaspoon stevia powder, firstly add a teaspoon if you find it less sweet then add more as it is 200-300 times more sweeter then sugar.
I would suggest you to taste the cake batter if it is less sweet you can add little stevia powder and mix.
