This strawberry milkshake can be prepared in 10 minutes the best thing is that it requires 4 ingredients and it doesn’t requires any artificial colour, essence or syrup for flavouring everything is 100% pure.

Strawberries: we need lots of strawberries to make this milkshake, if your strawberry is ripen and is very sweet then don’t add sugar if it is less sweet then add sugar.
Milk: I have used full fat milk to make it vegan you can also use soy milk or coconut milk.
Icecream: use any ice cream of your choice I like it plain so I have used vanilla ice cream you can also use coconut ice cream, strawberry ice cream or any vegan ice cream.
Other: rest we need ice cubes and sugar.
How to make strawberry milkshake
- Wash, dry and chop the strawberries by removing the green leaves.
- Add chopped strawberries and sugar in the blending jar and blend it nicely until smooth.
- Now add ice cubes, chilled milk and vanilla ice cream in it. blend it until smooth. transfer the milkshake in a serving glass and top it with whipped cream or ice cream or with sliced strawberries.

Ice-cream works as a thickening agent to milkshake but no problem😉 I have a quick solution freeze the strawberry or use frozen strawberries it will thicken the shake and enjoy your milkshake without ice cream.

To make it healthy use banana, dry fruits like soaked almonds, cashews and yogurt with strawberries and milk. If you are not using ice cream then use frozen fruits to make it thicker.
3. Can you use frozen strawberries?
If fresh strawberries are available then use that if not then use frozen ones.
Many years back, I guess 6-7 years back when I use to live in my home town at that time strawberry was not that easily available we use to get in malls or in some supermarket for that we have to drive 2 hour away from the town. so whenever I used to go to some malls or big grocery store I searched for strawberries😅

5. How to make milkshake without blender?
No problem if you don’t have blender Shelly have a solution for you but this process can be little bit time taking but you will get the same results. firstly add strawberries and powdered sugar in the food processor and crush it into fine paste.
If you don’t have food processor then crush strawberries with fork then microwave the ice cream for 10-20 seconds.
Now in the serving glass add strawberry and sugar mixture then add semi melt ice cream, chilled milk and ice cubes. stir it well top it with whipping cream or chopped strawberries or ice cream.

- 1 cup chilled milk
