Step by step instructions with pictures:
In a mixing bowl add yogurt and refined oil or canola oil. ( I have used canola oil) mix both the ingredients with the help of a whisk for 1-2 minutes.

Then in the same bowl add powdered sugar, again mix! mix! mix!.
Sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and milk. mix all the ingredients.

Transfer 1 cup plain cake batter to another bowl and to rest of the batter left, add cocoa powder in it and mix.

In a greased cake tin or mould pour 1/2 cup of plain better and spread it with a spatula then with a spoon or cup pour the chocolate batter over it or on the side.
Now pour the remaining plain batter on top of the chocolate batter, and again 😅 pour the remaining chocolate batter on it.
Put in the knife or a fork edge in the batter and make swirls.

Bake at 350F or 180C for 30-37 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool, slice it and serve it.

How to store it?
Store the cake in an airtight container.
Room temperature: 2-3 days.
Fridge: 4-5 days.
Top tips:
- keep a watch on cake check the cake after 30 min by inserting toothpick, if it comes out clean then it’s ready, if doesn’t then bake it for few more minutes or until baked.
- Use measuring cups and measuring spoons for best result.
- you don’t need to be perfect when swirling the cake batter, whirl or rotate a knife that’s it! But yes, don’t over mix.

Super moist marble cake recipe, delightful swirls of chocolate and vanilla flavour looks very outstanding, and at the same time tastes heavenly.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup refined oil or canola oil
- 11/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon. Baking soda
- 3/4 cup milk
- 7 tablespoon cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a Mixing bowl add 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup refined oil, mix both the ingredients with a whisk.
- Then add 1 cup powdered sugar and again mix it with the help of a whisk.
- When these 3 ingredients are mixed then sift 11/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and 3/4 cup milk.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Transfer 1 cup of batter to another bowl and in the rest of the batter add 7 tablespoons of cocoa powder and mix it generously.
- In a greased cake tin pour an even layer of vanilla batter, pour chocolate cake batter with a spoon or a cup on the sides.
- Pour the rest of the vanilla batter on the top of it, then again pour rest of the chocolate batter on top of vanilla batter.
- With the help of knife or with a handle of spoon swirl or rotate batter.
- Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degree C or 350 degree F for 30-35 minutes or until bake.
