INGREDIENTS IN CHICKEN BREAKFAST SANDWICH

Chicken- Use boneless chicken thighs for fried chicken.

Bread- I have used regular white bread instead of that you can use multigrain bread, whole wheat bread, or the bread of your choice.

Ginger, garlic, salt, pepper- This fried chicken requires very basic seasoning but you can marinade the chicken with the choice of your seasoning.

Mayonnaise- I have used regular eggless mayonnaise, you can use egg-based mayonnaise, tandoori mayonnaise, or of your choice.

Lemon Juice- It tenderizes and adds a tangy flavor to the chicken.

Jalapenos- I have used canned jalapenos pickles but If you have fresh pickled jalapenos use that or use your favorite pickle. For more freshness and crunch, add sliced onion, cucumber, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Yes, You can add fried egg, chicken salami, bacon, or pickle salad. This recipe is very customizable use the bread, sauce, spread, salad, cheese, and pickle of your choice.

Can you eat a fried chicken sandwich for breakfast?

I would not recommend having a fried chicken sandwich for breakfast every day twice or thrice a month is fine but It is not healthy to have it every day for breakfast as it has fried chicken, mayo, and bread. To make the healthier version use multi-grain bread, fresh salad, and airfried chicken or grilled chicken breast.
