Semolina cake is very popular in my joint family everyone loves it and it is also a popular recipe on the blog too.

My cousin brother asked me to make 2 cakes so that he could eat in the train while going to his nani house.

I tried this non-yogurt and chocolate version of it and it turned out very good. this chocolate semolina cake is the mix of coffee and cocoa powder it tastes & smells heavenly.

On the first trial, I added whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour(maida) wheat flour makes the cake dense and less fluffy as compared to all-purpose flour.

Both the cake tasted good you can either use wheat flour or all-purpose flour according to your preferences.
