Eggless chocolate semolina cake|Sooji cake without curd: step by step instructions with pictures.

This eggless chocolate semolina cake is very easy to make just mix dry and wet ingredients in a bowl and bake that’s it. preparing the batter is very easy but the difficult work here is to wait patiently for the cake to bake.😅

It only takes 10 minutes to prepare the batter and the rest work is done by our oven and my very impatient brother comes, again and again, to check whether the cake is baked or not.

Semolina cake is very popular in my joint family everyone loves it and it is also a popular recipe on the blog too.

My cousin brother asked me to make 2 cakes so that he could eat in the train while going to his nani house.

I tried this non-yogurt and chocolate version of it and it turned out very good. this chocolate semolina cake is the mix of coffee and cocoa powder it tastes & smells heavenly.

On the first trial, I added whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour(maida) wheat flour makes the cake dense and less fluffy as compared to all-purpose flour.

Both the cake tasted good you can either use wheat flour or all-purpose flour according to your preferences.
