These coconut balls are very easy to make, requires few ingredients and only need 15 minutes to prepare. These no bake coconut balls are always on my top list whenever I crave for something sweet.
I have prepared this recipe two ways first one is with condensed milk and the second way is without condensed milk. So no worries!š you donāt need run to the store, as it requires very basic ingredients which would be always available in your pantry.
It can be prepared at last minutes for guests, feasts, Christmas, Thanksgiving, birthday parties, mothers day or anytime you crave for dessert.

Tips for perfect coconut balls
- If you find coconut mixture runny or thin then add desiccated coconut and if it is too much thick then add condensed milk or milk.
- You can store these coconut balls in an airtight container at either room temperature or in a refrigerator for a week.
- You can also prepare these coconut balls for gifting purpose on Christmas or birthday parties.
- I found one difference in both ways that is condensed milk coconut balls are a bit chewy and milk coconut balls are smooth and soft.
Step by step instructions:
First way– coconut balls prepared with condensed milk.
- In a pan add desiccated coconut, roast it on low flame by stirring constantly.
- After 2-3 minutes of roasting add condensed milk and turn off the flame.

- mix it by using a spatula.
- When coconut and condensed milk are combined well then transfer it to plate and take a small portion of it and shape it into a ball.

- Then coat the ball with desiccated coconut.
- It’s ready! Easy & delicious right.
Second way: coconut balls prepared with milk
- In a pan add desiccated coconut, toast the coconut for 2-3 minutes on low flame by stirring continuously. Make sure you don’t make it brown.

- When toasted add milk by stirring constantly, then add sugar again mix. When the sugar is melted and everything is combined well then turn off the flame.

- Transfer it to a plate.
- If you want to make different colours balls, you can add colour as well I added red and green powdered colour and made red and green coconut balls.
- Roll the mixture into a ball and coat it with desiccated coconut.

- It’s done.

Condensed milk coconut balls
Milk coconut balls
- 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconutĀ
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup sugar
Instructions
First way: coconut balls with condensed milk
- In a pan add 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut toast it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame by stirring continuously, then add condensed milk and turn off the flame.
- Mix coconut and 1/2 cup condensed milk nicely so that it is combined well.
- Transfer the coconut mixture to a plate, then take a small portion of it and shape it into a small ball.
- Repeat the same for the rest of the mixture.
- It's ready.
Second way: coconut balls with milk
- In a pan add 1 1/2 cup desiccated coconut, toast in on low flame by stirring continuously for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Make sure you don't make it brown, then add 1/2 cup milk by stirring constantly.
- Then add 1/3 cup of sugar again mix it.
- When the sugar is melted then turn off the flame
- Shape the mixture into a small ball, you can also add colour in the mixture to make colourful coconut balls.
- It's ready.

- If you find coconut mixture runny or thin then add desiccated coconut and if it is too much thick then add condensed milk or milk.
- You can store these coconut balls in an airtight container at either room temperature or in a refrigerator for a week.
