Prepare this instant 10 minutes vegan chickpea salad recipe, which requires few ingredients and is effortless to make. This recipe needs hardly 10 minutes to prepare.

  1. In a large mixing bowl add 2 cups boiled chickpea, 2 tablespoons chopped coriander, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1 medium size tomatoes chopped, and 1 small chopped onion.
  2. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. When mixed season it with 1/2 tablespoon cumin seed powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  4. Mix all the ingredients again.
  5. It's ready to serve

Notes

you can also use canned chickpeas or leftover chickpea for salad.
